Commercial Law

We negotiate the Contract for Sale of Business and review the Commercial Retail Lease and advise on each fundamental aspects of the Contract, including goodwill and equipment, tax implication, employment law, public liability insurance and intellectual property.

Property Law
At Soultani & Co Lawyers we have acted for many client’s purchasing a house, a unit, or a property off the plan. In our initial consultation we advise client’s on stamp duty implications, various Government incentive, strata levies for units, assessment of Building and Pest Inspection report to ensure the property is in good condition.

In addition to providing advice on legal matters such as terms of contract, we also assist clients in satisfying themselves with other issues affecting the property such as future development potential, easements and restrictions on the property

If you are selling, we will assist you in conducting all the relevant title searches and certificates to complete the contract promptly and forward to the buyers. It is our policy to prepare contracts immediately upon receiving instructions so that your agent can start marketing your property. We also liaise with your mortgagee for discharge to ensure your sale can settle on settlement date
